Description

Rosa Parks inspired the local Black community to stand for their rights. This paper craft activity will allow students to learn about her courage and determination which resulted in a significant change for equality. 

Objectives
The students should be able to build a bus out of paper plates with Ms. Parks riding on it in honor of Black History Month.
Materials & Supplies
White Paper Plate, Black Construction Paper, Brown Construction Paper, Construction Paper (any color), Scissors, Colored Markers, Glue, Pen, Small Googly Eyes
