They say reading takes us to places we’ve never thought we could reach. But we can also be characters we’ve never imagined we can become! Learn and experience it in this reading activity.
The students will be given assigned literary pieces. These will be used for an Interpretative Reading performance which they will do themselves. They will have to read it aloud to the class while portraying the appropriate emotions at the same time.
Allow the students to unravel what their hearts say through poetry — spoken word style! Creative, heartfelt, sincere.
Will the students be able to identify an animal’s sound if it is crying? Or if it is laughing? It’s definitely going to take the class so much focus and witt to have them end this game in victory.
Time to work on the second part of the five-part musical production! This time, the students will incorporate existing or original songs in their script. Sounds awesome and challenging at the same time!
